How It Works

The Thriving Guide Project involves four components, which we create to relieve your most urgent pain points first, filling in the rest as we process more of your personal blocks (though I can also just work with you on specific issues you’re having if you’d prefer not using this structure):

  • Vision/Goals for the process (Clarity)
  • Personal Guidelines (Preventative Principles)
  • Life Management (Preventative Systems, Tools for Thriving)
  • Personal Troubleshooting Guide (Rerouting Cycles and Traps)

You will receive guidelines, tutorials, and sample sheets for each component as a starting point for our work based on what I developed for myself. Through our sessions, we will build your own tailored Thriving Guide that inspires and supports you in your goals and personal thriving. You work at your own pace, and schedule a session when you are ready for your next step. The number of sessions this takes depends on how intense you want each session to be and how thoroughly you would like to address your personal traps.
